This powerful and robust 7.5kW, Amicus – 600 Series Single Open Burner Gas Range unit, is one of two models in this range. Either model is perfect for kitchens and facilities where space is at a premium, but where the chef does not want to compromise on power and performance. Units can be operated as stand alone models, or be integrated into a full cook-line with other complimentary Amicus 600 Series equipment.

Optional base units including refrigeration.
