Configuration of the DeliMaster confectionary oven and DeliProofer

Using the DeliMaster confectionary oven, you will prepare countless types of foods loved by customers - from crunchy sweet and savoury breads to perfectly baked meats of all types, and even confectionary products and bases for baguettes, burgers,etc. Intuitive control and advanced functions saving you time, money and man hours come standard.

An interesting addition and aid in confectionary operations can be theDeliProofer. The capacity of the proofing space is 16 trays = 3.8 m². The size of gastronorm containers is GN 400x600 mm – standard baking size. The DeliProofer can be operated only in a set with DeliMaster 5 or DeliMaster 8. All control can be performed only via the control panel of the confectionary oven. The proofer is connected to electrical power via the confectionary oven but it needs a separate water intake.
