Citizen EP electric ovens are ideal for cooking pizza, both in the pan or directly on the refractory surface.
They are available in two sizes: Citizen EP 65 and Citizen EP 70 with widths inside the cooking chamber of 65 and 70 centimeters respectively.
The new Citizen EP 70 is even more efficient with its reduced size, it can still take 4 pizzas with a diameter of 33 centimeters.
